Curiocity came to Major Tom to build a new website to support their ambitious vision for growth. They needed a design and UX overhaul to keep visitors engaged with their content and ensure easy navigation. Equally important, the site had to be advertising-ready, scalable to new markets, and flexible enough to meet Curiocity’s evolving website needs.
After an in-depth discovery process, Major Tom built a strategy to address Curiocity’s priority website requirements. While consolidating five sites into one, we provided an optimized URL, category structure, and strong SEO approach. This included a UX overhaul to improve usability and ease of navigation for the highly-trafficked site.
Major Tom’s design team also leveraged new Curiocity branding to create a holistic, atomic design system that produced beautiful — and scalable — results. During the consolidation we supported an automated content migration of over 3,000 articles, and, crucially, set up an easy-to-use Wordpress backend to significantly simplify site administrative burden.
